Clémence Barrière joined the competition and distribution law team of the firm as associate in 2026.
Following previous experience in the legal department of a major American technology company, in law firms and at the French Cour de cassation, Clémence now advises French and international clients on both advisory and litigation matters.
She focuses on commercial contracts, data protection and intellectual property. Clémence assists the firm’s clients in negotiating and drafting their contracts, including IT agreements, the management of their disputes and their regulatory compliance.
Drawing on her in-house experience, she approaches clients’ issues with a keen understanding of their operational and commercial realities.
